HOT HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1/2 lb. butter, melted
2 tbsp. poppy seed (optional)
2 lbs. boiled ham
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
5 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix mustard, butter and poppy seed. Spread on roll. Place ham and cheese on roll. Wrap in tin foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 24 sandwiches.
