BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 count) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Cook sausage, drain off fat. Separate rolls into triangles. Place in an ungreased pizza pan, points to center. Press over pan and up sides. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle on Hash Browns, top with cheese. In bowl beat eggs, milk and add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
