BREAKFAST PIZZA 
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
8 oz. pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen, loose packed hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. bulk pork sausage

Cook sausage until browned and drain. Meanwhile, separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place with elongated points toward center of greased 12 inch pizza pan; press bottom and sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough and sprinkle with potatoes and cheese.

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8. You can prepare this ahead of time except for the egg mixture. Add that when you are ready to serve.
