BEST CLAM CHOWDER SOUP 
8 med. potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans clams & juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream corn
1/4 c. cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. butter

Put all ingredients except whipping cream and butter into a crock pot. Add water to within 2" from top of the pot. Cook 8 hours. Add whipping cream and butter. Stir. Garnish with parsley.
