BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 c. broccoli, cook until tender crisp
1 can mushroom soup
1 jar pimientos
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Mix all together. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Also may be frozen. Cook 1 hour if frozen.
