BROCCOLI CHEESE AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz, warmed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Bamboo shoots (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
