PICADDILLO (MEXICAN) 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion
1/3 c. picante sauce
1 garlic clove section (optional)
1 beef bouillon cube (optional)
1 tomato diced
2 or 3 lg. potatoes
1/2 tsp. cumin seed (optional)
1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
1/3 c. water

Fry diced potatoes, fry and brown meat. Finely cut onions, tomatoes and green pepper (bell peppers). Mix with picante sauce, water, cumin and garlic. The bouillon may be prepared and added to sauce. Mix meat, potatoes and sauce together over flame and allow to simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot over warmed tortillas. May add lettuce and tomatoes on top with sour cream if you like.
