1 (3 oz.) can onion rings
2 c. bite size corn cereal squares
1 (4 oz.) can potato sticks
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 (1 1/8 oz. size) pkg. taco seasoning mix

In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, combine onions, cereal, potatoes, and peanuts. Drizzle with butter and stir well. Sprinkle taco mix evenly over mixture, mixing well.

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
