BEEF - NOODLE BAKE 
4 oz. med. noodles (3 c.)
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain in skillet. Cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt and pepper.

Blend together cottage cheese and cream cheese until fluffy. Spoon the cooked noodles into a greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread cheese mixture over noodles, pour sauce over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until heated through, 30-40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
