CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, cut up
3/4 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. grapes (red), halved
20 oz. can pineapple chunks (in own juice), drained
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/8 tsp. salt
Lettuce leaves

Toss all ingredients together, except lettuce. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
