CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 oz. (1 c.) uncooked shell macaroni
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. green grapes
1/2 c. mandarin orange segments, drained
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors. Just before serving, fold in whipping cream. Makes 6 (1 cup) servings. Tip: To toast almonds, spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally. Or, spread in thin layer in microwave - safe pie pan. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
