PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. water

Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls of mixture into a 9x13x2 pan. Mix soup and water and pour over meat. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for about an hour. Serves 6.
