PECAN TASSIES 
3 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

CRUST:

2 sticks butter
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. flour

TOPPING:

Finely chopped pecans

Line mini tart pans with crust. Fill 2/3 full with filling. Top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Gently remove from pan and allow to cool.
