PECAN TASSIES 
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour

Cream and chill 1 hour. Make 2 dozen 1 inch balls and press into small muffin tins.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 c. pecans

Mix and teaspoon into shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before removing from tins.
