CHICKEN PARMESAN 
8 chicken breasts, boned, if desired
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
Garlic salt as desired

Combine all dry ingredients. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter. Shake in bag with crumb mixture. Place in shallow baking pan. Pour over them any remaining butter. Add more butter, if needed to avoid chicken drying out in pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Refrigerate leftover crumb mixture for future use. Serves 8.
