OLIVE FILLED CHEESE BALLS 
1/2 lb. softened sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. flour
25 lg. pitted or stuffed green olives, well drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put cheese and butter in blender container, cover and run on high until smooth. Add flour, cover and run on medium or low until blended. If necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients toward baldes with rubber spatula. Push the cheese mixture out of container onto a sheet of waxed paper. Wrap about 1 tablespoon of the mixture around each olive, completely covering it. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot. Makes about 25 balls.
