OLIVE FILLED CHEESE BALLS 
1/2 lb. softened sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. flour
Dash cayenne
25 lg. stuffed green olives, drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put cheese and butter in blender, cover and run on high speed until smooth. Add flour and cayenne; cover and run on low speed until blended. Push mixture onto waxed paper. It may be necessary to knead with hands to completely blend mixture. Wrap about 1 tablespoon of mixture around each olive, completely covering it. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
