ORANGE BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed fine
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Angel flake coconut
1 c. frozen orange juice, thawed
1 box powdered sugar, sifted

Crush wafers until very fine and put in large bowl. Add butter, stir in pecans and 1 cup frozen orange juice, thawed. Blend in powdered sugar until all lumps are gone. Dough will be stiff and you will too.

Roll into walnut-sized balls, then roll in coconut or extra chopped pecans. Place orange balls and yourself in an airtight container and put in refrigerator. Balls are fine fresh, but they and you too improve with aging. They will keep indefinately, but you definitely will not.
