ARTICHOKE HORS D'OEUVRES 
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. butter
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped finely
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. paprika

Saute onions and garlic in butter until golden. Add artichokes, stir and fry 2 minutes; set aside. Beat eggs with fork and mix in salt, pepper, Tabasco, bread crumbs and cheese. Add artichokes mixture and blend well. Pour into well buttered 11"x7" baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
