BROWNIE CAKE 
1 stick butter (Blue Bonnet)
1 c. sugar
1 c. plain flour
4 eggs
1 can Hershey syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, chocolate syrup and vanilla. Bake in an 11"x7" pan at 350 degrees, approximately 30 minutes or until done in middle by clean toothpick method.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. After boiling 2 minutes add 3/4 cups chocolate chips and beat until thick and chips are melted. Pour over hot cake and spread.
