Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch Pammed baking dish with:

2 c. ham, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar, shredded
1/2 c. Muenster or Monterey Jack, shredded
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 box chopped broccoli, thawed & drained

Blend on High speed for one minute:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
1 c. Bisquick

Pour over ham mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
