BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 potato, diced (optional)
1/2 diced onion
1/2-3/4 lb. shaved broccoli
1 can Campbell's broccoli soup
1 can evaporated milk

Cook all ingredients with water to just cover until tender. Add 1/2 teaspoon butter and a few drops of vinegar. Add 1 can evaporated milk. Thicken with Wondra flour to your choice (mmmm good).
