ZUCCHINI DATE BREAD 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dates

Beat oil, sugar, and eggs together; then add all other ingredients. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
