BROWNED CREAMED DRIED BEEF 
1/2 lb. smoked dried beef
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cut meat in 11 pieces. Cook in butter until brown. Sprinkle with flour, stir until well blended. Add milk gradually. Bring to boiling point, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve on toast.
