NICOISE DRESSING 
1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. capers
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with tight - fitting lid. Shake well. Can be used over salad or maybe over oven baked fish. Low calorie.
