TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
1/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Mirin (sake)
1 crushed garlic

Soak chicken 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour in deep bowl. Start with skin side up. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Dip in sauce about every 20 to 25 minutes. Sauce enough for 1 to 2 chickens.
