TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder)
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix ingredients, pour over chicken. Marinate 24 hours. Cook in 375 degree oven 30 minutes covered, and 30 minutes uncovered.
