PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 med. to large pork chops, trim off fat
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 to 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery leaves, chopped
1 sm. apple
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops, set aside. Saute slightly in butter, celery/leaves and onion. Add water and beef bouillon. Place chops in shallow baking dish. Place apple slices on and around meat. Pour liquid mix over chops and into 350 degree oven approximately 1 1/2 hours. Add more water if necessary.
