CHEESEBURGER BAKE FOR BRUNCH 
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
10 slices of bread, crust off, cube
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sharp shredded cheese

Brown and drain sausage and beef. Blend eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in cheese, meat and bread cubes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325 to 350 degrees or may be kept at this stage overnight in the refrigerator and baked in a.m. Needs about 20 minutes more baking time if kept refrigerated. Very good served with cream of mushroom or celery soup - diluted with 1/2 cup milk.
