MOCHA FROSTING 
1 c. butter
2 egg yolks
4 tsp. cocoa
5-6 tbsp. strong coffee
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 boxes confectioners' sugar

Sift sugar. Cream butter and add 1 1/2 cups sugar and cocoa. Add egg yolks and coffee (instant may be used). Add vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add more sugar until correct spreading consistency is reached.
