2 cans condensed milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. butter
Chocolate sprinkles

Mix all ingredients, except sprinkles, and cook on medium heat until a trench is formed, when a spoon is drawn through the mixture. Pour onto plate to cool. After the mixture has cooled, form into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
