POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese, melted
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter

Mix all ingredients together and bake in dish 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
