CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
1 c. canned milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour (or Bisquick)
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans chopped green chilies

Mix batter ingredients. Shred Jack cheese. Use square baking dish (8 or 9 inch). Layer chilies and cheese. Pour batter over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let set for 5 or 10 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
