Use equal parts of each. Mix batter well, to a consistency of pancake mix. Let set covered for 3 hours. Important to let set. This can be used for anything: fish, chicken, scallops, onion rings, carrots, peppers, mushrooms. Deep fat fry for 15 minutes or until golden.
