MACADAMIA NUT PIE 
7 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. honey
1 c. flaked coconut
1 pie shell (9 inch)
1 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Mix eggs, butter, honey and sugar until smooth. Sprinkle coconut over pie shell, pour in the mixture. Sprinkle macadamia nuts over filling. Bake in preheated oven (325 degrees) for 50 to 60 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream.

This sounds super sweet, but really is not. (If you love macadamia nuts, you will love this pie.)
