WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (6 oz.) pkg. white baking bar with cocoa butter, coarsely chopped (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped macadamia, hazel nuts, or pecans

In a large mixing bowl beat butter on high with an electric mixer for 30 seconds or until softened. Add about half of the flour to the butter. Add sugar, egg and baking powder; beat until thoroughly combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat or stir in remaining flour, then stir in baking bar and nuts.
