CHESAPEAKE BARBECUED DUCK 
4 ducks
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
Ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients (except ducks) to make barbeque sauce. Split thawed ducks in half and flatten. Place on a rack in flat baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting every 10 minutes with barbeque sauce. Turn and cook other sides for 1 hour. Continue basting. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
