POOR MANS CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. frozen cod fillets (not breaded), thawed and drained

CRAB MIXTURE:

2/3 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
6 oz. frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 egg
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

TOPPING:

1/2 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In ungreased 8 inch square baking dish, place fish. Mix all crab mixture in 1 1/2 quart bowl. Sprinkle mixture over fish.
