BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, fried and crumbled
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Beat eggs and add milk, salt and mustard. Put bread cubes on bottom, then sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
