WEDDING SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 can crushed pineapple, drained - save juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained - save juice
1 c. soupettes, cooked, cooled and drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Mix sugar, flour and salt well. Beat egg and add to juices from fruit and lemon juice. Cook until thickened. Cool well.

Add mixture to soupettes, stir, add fruits and fold in one large container of Cool Whip. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
