GREEN BEANS WITH LAMB OR BEEF 
2 lb. green beans
2 lb. meat, cubed
1 med. onion
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

String and cut green beans, wash and drain. Brown meat with onions in melted butter and add spices. Combine beans with meat; cover and steam 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce and water; cook over low heat for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
