2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. grated Parmesan 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. salad dressing 10 strips crisp, fried, crumbled bacon Combine cream cheese and salad dressing, blend well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Place drinking glass on center of platter. Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture around glass and pat with spatula, just touching outer edge of glass. Refrigerate. When firmly set, remove glass and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with an assortment of crackers. |
