EASY PLUM CAKE 
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups self-rising flour
2 jars strained plums (baby food)
1 cup milk
1 cup confectioner's sugar
juice of one lemon

Mix oil, sugar, eggs, cloves, cinnamon, flour, and plums on medium speed. Add nuts.

Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 50 to 60 minutes at 300°F.

For glaze: Mix confectioner's sugar and lemon juice. Pour over cake while warm.
