CHOCOLATE ELCAIRE CAKE 
STEP 1:

1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, crushed
1 stick melted butter/oleo

STEP 2:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip from 12 oz. Cool Whip

STEP 3:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 box instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

STEP 4:

Balance of Cool Whip
1 Hershey bar

Step 1: Mix. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees 15 or 20 minutes until golden. Cool.

Step 2: Cream together cheese at room temperature. Add Cool Whip; blend. Spread on crust.

Step 3: Beat according to directions together. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

Step 4: Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Grate Hershey bar on top. Refrigerate.
