BEST BBQ BEEF 
3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 tbsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 bottle catsup
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic juice
1 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar

Put meat in pan. Mix ingredients and pour over meat. Cook for 6-7 hours (until meat falls apart) in a 250 degree oven.
