BBQ BEEF 
1 chuck roast (approximately 2 lbs.)
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. brown sugar

Place meat in crock pot - cut in smaller pieces, if necessary. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top. Cook on low all day. Add bottled BBQ sauce to taste. When tender, mix with hand mixer to shred.
