BBQ BEEF 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery (diced)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. water

Place roast in Dutch oven or heavy kettle. Mix other ingredients together and pour over roast. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Remove fat and bone; shred hot meat with two forks; add salt and pepper. Serve on buns. Can be frozen.
