HOT POTATOES AND PEAS 
4 tbsp. butter
Garlic salt to taste
Salt & pepper
2 c. sliced onions
1 c. green pepper, sliced
1 jalapeno (if you like really spicy)
10 potatoes
1 can sm. peas, drained

1. Par boil sliced up potatoes until soft, 20 minutes. (You can leave the skins on.)

2. Saute onions and peppers until soft. Brown in large pot in butter.

3. Add spices

4. Add softened potatoes

5. Turn frequently to brown

6. Add peas at last minute

7. Bake in casserole for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
