SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PEAS 
4 med. potatoes, pared and sliced
10 oz. frozen peas, cooked
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine the above ingredients in a 1 3/4 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4.
