WINKI'S PEAS AND POTATOES | |
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked to serve 3 med. potatoes, diced and cooked 1 stick butter 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. mushroom soup 2/3 water (from vegetables) 1 heaping tbsp. flour 1 heaping tbsp. sugar Melt butter in saucepan. Saute onion. Stir in flour, water, soup and sugar. Mix with vegetables and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
